I’m Shannon Winkler Lynch, a Realtor with Savvy & Co Real Estate, and Charlotte has been home since 1996. Thirty years here means watching this city grow and change, and knowing its neighborhoods the way only a longtime local can. Fifteen years as a licensed Realtor, with licenses in both North and South Carolina, have meant helping buyers and sellers across Charlotte and the surrounding area. Real estate has always been about more than houses. It’s about the people, the community, and helping clients find where they truly belong.

The approach is simple: give clients all the facts, be straightforward about what it will take, and let them make the decision that’s right for them. Sellers appreciate the strong marketing and careful pre-listing preparation, because how a home is presented makes a real difference in what it sells for. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me in the garden, out on a day trip, or working on a creative project. My dog, Oliver, yet another rescue pup, is my constant companion. I love bringing people together, whether that’s planning a social event or volunteering around the community. After 30 years in Charlotte, some of my favorite moments are still discovering a new local spot or connecting with the people who make this community feel like home.
